Discover which metro markets are hot remodeling areas and pinpoint new markets at the micro-level to keep a step ahead of the competition.
The model also contains several components that indicate increased remodeling activity, such as home owner spending, income and education levels and as well as the share of homes which need the most updating – those built in the 1960s and 1970s.
